With a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement, we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated HSEQ Coordinator to support our growing operations.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to take ownership of our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems across our Neerabup facility. This position offers flexibility and a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on support, ensuring HSEQ policies, procedures, and initiatives are understood, implemented, and sustained across the business.

You will play a key role in promoting safe work practices, driving compliance, supporting accreditation requirements, and embedding a strong HSEQ culture within our team.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Maintain, update, and continuously improve HSEQ systems, documentation, and compliance registers

• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and team members on safety and quality standards

• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, incident investigations and risk assessments

• Coordinate training, inductions, and competency records

• Monitor HSEQ performance, track KPIs and prepare reports for management

• Ensure compliance with legislation, industry standards and internal procedures

• Support initiatives that promote a safe, efficient and high-performing workplace

• Assist with external audits, certification requirements and improvement programs

About You

We are seeking someone who is proactive, organised and confident engaging with people at all levels.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an HSEQ Coordinator role within mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry

• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, Quality Systems and Environmental compliance

• Experience conducting audits, incident investigations and risk assessments

• Ability to maintain accurate records, policies and reporting frameworks

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and support safe behaviours

• High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement

Desirable

• Cert IV or Diploma in WHS or equivalent qualification

• Experience working in a workshop or mining services environment

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 systems
